1. Acceptance

By accessing servicegrid-hub.digital or booking a consultation with Servicegrid Hub, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the site or our services.

2. Who we are

3. Nature of advice

Consultations are educational and decision-support engagements. They do not constitute brokerage, discretionary portfolio management, tax advice, or a guarantee of investment performance. You remain responsible for trades placed with your own licensed intermediaries.

4. Website content

Articles, examples, and pricing guides on this site are general information. They are not personalised recommendations until confirmed in a paid consultation engagement.

5. Bookings and deposits

Session fees, deposits, and cancellation rules are described on our Rates and Refund pages. Submitting the contact form requests a conversation; a binding booking arises only when we confirm a date and you pay the required deposit.

6. Intellectual property

Site text, layout, and original graphics are owned by Servicegrid Hub or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial use without written permission. You retain ownership of documents you send us; you grant us a limited licence to use them solely to deliver your consultation.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site (including attempting to disrupt it, scraping content at scale, or submitting false booking details).

8. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of Thailand, Servicegrid Hub is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or from investment decisions you make after a consultation. Our aggregate liability related to a paid session is limited to the fees you paid for that session, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Phuket / competent Thai courts shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that may apply.

10. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
