  • Consultation preferences (service interest, preferred meeting window)
  • Holdings and constraint information you voluntarily send for preparation

We do not ask for passwords to brokerage accounts, full card numbers, or national ID numbers through the website form.

We use data to respond to enquiries, prepare and deliver consultations, issue invoices, improve the site (analytics only with consent), and meet accounting or legal obligations under Thai law.

Retention

Enquiry messages without a booking are kept up to 24 months. Client files for completed consultations are retained for up to 7 years for accounting and dispute resolution, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law. Analytics data follows the cookie durations listed on our Cookies page.

Sharing

We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if enabled) analytics. They process data on our instructions. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by Thai authorities or to establish legal claims.

International transfers

If a provider stores data outside Thailand, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable Thai personal data protection requirements.

Your rights

Subject to Thai personal data protection law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or objection to certain processing, and you may withdraw cookie consent at any time.
