What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site remember preferences and, where allowed, understand how pages are used.

How we use cookies

Servicegrid Hub uses essential cookies required for basic operation (including remembering your cookie choice) and, only if you Accept, analytics cookies to understand aggregate traffic. Rejecting analytics does not block browsing, reading Field Notes, or sending the contact form.

Your choice is stored in localStorage under the key servicegrid_hub_cookie_consent.

Essential entries may be implemented as localStorage rather than HTTP cookies; they serve the same preference purpose.

Managing cookies

Use the Accept or Reject buttons on our cookie banner. You can clear site data in your browser settings to reset the choice and see the banner again. Browser controls also let you block third-party cookies entirely.

Third-party cookies

If analytics are accepted, Google may set cookies as described above and process data under its own policies. We do not load marketing pixels for advertising networks on this site.

Impact of disabling

Blocking essential storage may cause the cookie banner to reappear frequently. Blocking analytics only reduces our ability to see aggregate visit patterns; consultations and forms continue to work.
