Professional in a tailored suit preparing for a client meeting

Review Process

From holdings intake to written brief — the path every allocation review follows.

This page explains the working rhythm behind our flagship ETF Allocation Review and how rotation questions fold into that structure when needed.

01

Write to us

Send a short note via the contact form with your fund list — ticker and approximate weight is enough. We confirm the consultation type and fee before any deposit.

02

Intake pack

You receive a holdings template and a short questionnaire covering currency, constraints, and whether rotation themes are in scope for this meeting.

03

Quiet preparation

We build your exposure map offline: geography, sector, factor tilt, and overlap. You do not sit through live data wrangling.

04

The session

Ninety to one hundred twenty minutes in the Phuket office or on video. We walk the map, pressure-test rotation ideas against your policy, and agree next actions.

05

Written brief

Within three business days you receive a concise brief. Keep it for your broker conversation or your next annual check-in.

Where rotation tracking sits

Rotation is not a separate product bolted on for marketing. If sector or factor leadership is part of your question, we mark it in intake and treat it as a chapter of the same review — or as a shorter Rotation Briefing when the strategic weights are already settled.

Preparation tips

  • Export holdings from each broker the same day so weights match.
  • Note any funds you must keep for tax or employer reasons.
  • Bring questions you disagree about with a partner or co-investor — disagreement is useful material.
