About

A Phuket-based advisory practice devoted to ETF allocation clarity and rotation discipline for private investors.

Why we exist

Many investors accumulate ETFs the way travelers collect magnets — each purchase made sense at the time, but the collection no longer tells a coherent story. Servicegrid Hub was formed to sit with that collection, name the overlaps, and decide what deserves a weight and what deserves patience.

We are not a brokerage and we are not a fund house. We are a consultation practice: allocation reviews, rotation briefings, and rebalance sessions delivered by people who have spent years reading fund prospectuses and arguing about sector leadership over coffee.

Origin

The practice began in Phuket after years of informal portfolio conversations with expatriates and Thai professionals who held global ETFs through overseas brokers. Those conversations kept circling the same problems: hidden concentration, neglected bond sleeves, and rotation ideas that outran the policy statement. Formalising the work as Servicegrid Hub gave those conversations a structure — intake, preparation, session, brief — that clients could rely on.

How we work

We prepare before we speak. Holdings arrive in a template; we build an exposure map offline; the meeting is for judgment, not for live spreadsheet theatre. Written notes follow so you are not left reconstructing the discussion from memory.

We prefer plain language. If a factor tilt or duration risk matters to your ETF mix, we say so without dressing it in jargon that belongs in a research department memo.

Values that show up in the room

  • Honesty about uncertainty — rotation calls can be wrong; we say when evidence is thin.
  • Respect for your broker relationship — we advise; they execute.
  • Proportion — not every market headline deserves a portfolio change.
  • Local accessibility — office hours on Phuket Road, with video for clients elsewhere in Thailand or overseas.

People

Sessions are led by advisors who combine market analysis backgrounds with client-facing allocation work. Credentials and bios are shared when you book, so you know who will prepare your map and sit across the table.

Community

We host occasional small-group mornings in Phuket for clients who want to discuss ETF structure without a sales agenda. Places are limited; ask when you write to us.
